To strengthen their customer experience and operational excellence, they are now looking for a CS/Complaints Specialist who can bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to their customer and compliance workflows.

How you make an impact.

  • Process Mapping: Define and document workflows for CX and KYC processes

  • FAQ Setup: Develop internal and external knowledge base articles to streamline inquiries

  • Macro Building: Create templates and automated responses to improve efficiency

  • Reporting: Establish key metrics and reporting structures for CX and compliance performance

  • Presentation & Communication: Prepare one-pagers, sales decks, news articles, and blog posts

  • Data Cloud Processing: Organize, process, and structure customer and compliance-related data

  • Onboarding: Support smooth transitions and knowledge transfer for new hires

  • Customer Experience & KYC expertise — experience in customer support, compliance, or financial services, with a strong grasp of KYC/AML

  • Process optimization skills — proven ability to map workflows, spot inefficiencies, and create clear documentation

  • Tech-savvy mindset — comfortable with macros, templates, automation tools, and cloud-based systems

  • Strong analytical ability — skilled at defining KPIs, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights

  • Content creation & communication skills — able to write FAQ articles, sales materials, and customer-facing content with clarity and accuracy

  • Project & onboarding experience — capable of managing multiple projects, driving smooth onboarding, and ensuring structured knowledge transfer
