A day in the life of.

You’ll dive into customer-facing flows, spotting where the journey can be smoother and clearer. You’ll test tools and workflows to make sure everything works as intended, from onboarding and KYC to dispute resolution. Along the way, you’ll collaborate with Product, Ops, and CX teams — bringing insights together and turning them into action. And before anything goes live, you’ll proofread and polish communication to make sure it’s flawless in both German and English.


No two days are the same, but the mission is: making sure customers experience clarity, trust, and ease at every step.



How you make an impact.

  • Lead and support projects that improve the full customer experience

  • Test workflows and tools with eagle-eye accuracy

  • Map customer journeys (onboarding / KYC) and identify gaps

  • Handle disputes/claims with a sharp understanding of processes

  • Proofread customer-facing flows and documents in German

  • Translate feedback into actionable improvements

  • Work hands-on with multiple teams to make ideas happen


What we value in you. 

  • Native German speaker, fluent in English C1 level

  • Senior background in Customer Service / CX

  • Strong understanding of dispute & claims processes

  • Tech-savvy, comfortable working with different tools and systems

  • Independent, proactive, and detail-driven

  • Collaborative mindset — you thrive in cross-functional work
