About the role.
As a Customer Support Specialist at weWow, you’ll be the voice of cool international brands helping customers via chat, email, phone or socials. You’ll solve problems with empathy, bring a smile to someone’s day, and make every interaction count. All while working in a fast-paced, international team where quality, energy and impact come first.

How to WOW.
Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels: email, chat, phone, and social media
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively with empathy and professionalism
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions
Collaborate closely with internal teams (CX, Product, Ops) to improve the customer journey
Identify and share recurring customer feedback to support process and product improvements
Keep customer data and cases well-documented in our systems
Stay up to date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
Actively contribute to a fun, high-performing, and feedback-driven team culture
The WOW factor.
Native-level fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) — any additional language is a big plus
Experience in customer-facing roles is a strong advantage
People-first mindset with sharp communication skills
You know how to connect, listen, and make customers feel heard
A natural interest in tech and creating smooth customer experiences
Resilient problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
Able to work independently, but thrive in a collaborative team environment
