A day in the life.

As a Traffic & Planning Specialist, you're the quiet force keeping operations running smoothly. Your day is all about visibility, proactive action, and making sure the right people are in the right place, at the right time. No chaos, no surprises!

How to WOW.

• Build and adjust daily schedules based on forecasts and real-time needs

• Act immediately on planning issues, no waiting, no delays

• Monitor and optimize breaks, adherence, and staffing levels

• Analyse KPIs like occupancy, AHT, and attendance; flag issues and propose fixes

• Communicate clearly with team leads and agents, direct but constructive

• Spot trends, explain root causes, and take action to prevent future issues

• Stay calm under pressure, shift priorities fast, and make independent decisions

• Always deliver reliable output, on time and with care for detail

• Direct reporting to Head of Operations and external WFM stakeholders

What we expect.

• MBO+/HBO level in Business Administration, Economics or any related field

• Experience in a similar role within customer service is a plus 

• Flexible and able to adapt to changing and stressful situations

• Independent and reliable being confident in making decisions on their own

• Results-driven with a sharp focus on performances

• Strong team player who collaborates easily with operations

• Proficient in Excel + experience with TotalView (also known as NICE) is a plus
