About the role.

Job responsibilities.
Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)
Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and repairs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Promote the company’s vision of sustainability by educating customers on our refurbished products and processes
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and feedback processes
Monitor customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
