About the role.

We’re looking for a passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join the dynamic team. You’ll be the voice of our new client, providing top-notch support and ensuring our customers have a smooth, positive experience throughout their journey with us. From answering inquiries to solving problems, you’ll play a key role in building lasting relationships and promoting our mission.



Job responsibilities.

  • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels (email, chat, phone)

  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and repairs

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Promote the company’s vision of sustainability by educating customers on our refurbished products and processes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and feedback processes

  • Monitor customer feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
