Your mission? You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers – helping them with everything from order queries to product advice. You’ll keep things friendly, professional, and solutions-focused, ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note.

How to WOW.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email – in native German
Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions
Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, practical solutions
Work closely with logistics, sales, and product teams to resolve cases quickly
Keep accurate records of interactions in our systems
Spot patterns in customer feedback and share ideas to improve processes
Contribute your own ideas – we’re growing fast, and fresh input is highly valued
